What can I expect from this experience?
Renaissance: Da Vinci, Raphael, Michelangelo immerses you in the heart of the Italian artistic revolution. Discover how these three geniuses redefined the representation of the world and the human body through perspective, the study of life, and the search for harmony. The former foundry in the 11th arrondissement is transformed into an immersive setting where light, art, and innovation bring this artistic revolution to life.
Where is the Atelier des Lumières located?
The exhibition is located at the Atelier des Lumières, 38 rue Saint Maur, Paris 75011.
How long does the experience last?
The tour lasts an average of 50 minutes.
Is there parking nearby?
We encourage you to travel to the Atelier des Lumières by public transport. However, if this is not possible, you can park on the outskirts of Square Gardette or Père-Lachaise Cemetery.
Ticket purchase
Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets via the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Tickets are also available at the door. However, we recommend booking your tickets in advance to secure a time slot.
Please note that you will receive a discount when purchasing online: €1 off the price at the door.
What payment methods can I use to purchase my tickets online?
ou can pay for your order by credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay.
The date I want is sold out. Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets should preferably be purchased online. You can buy tickets on site subject to availability.

Once payment has been made, you will receive a purchase confirmation email.

No, you can show your ticket on your smartphone.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, in the “Tickets” section.
If you haven't installed the app yet, you can find it in the confirmation email.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets cannot be returned or refunded.
However, you can change the date/time slot of your ticket via your Fever account.
You can only change your ticket once, up to 24 hours before your visit.
Can I pay for my tickets with vacation/culture vouchers?
Yes, it is possible to pay for tickets on site with paper vacation vouchers.
Culture vouchers are not accepted.
I have tickets purchased from my works council or invitations. Do I need to reserve my ticket?
There is no need to book a slot online in advance; you can simply turn up on the date of your choice with your tickets or invitations.
Types of tickets
Do you offer passes for journalists?
Press card holders are entitled to free admission upon presentation of their current year's card.

I am an ICOM cardholder. Can I visit the Atelier des Lumières?
No, we do not accept the ICOM card.
Who is eligible for the family rate?
The family rate is available for 2 adults + 2 young people (aged 3 to 25).
My child is under 3 years old. Do I need to reserve a seat for them?
No, the free service he receives is provided on site.
Accessibility to the event
I won't be able to attend the reserved time slot. Can I come to the one before or after?
You may arrive 15 minutes before or after your reserved time slot. If you arrive at a time slot other than the one indicated on your tickets, you will be denied access.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no minimum age requirement to participate in the experience.
Children under 3 years old can enter for free.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Is the location accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The Atelier des Lumières is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. An elevator provides access to the mezzanine.
Holders of a disability card and their companions are eligible for a reduced rate upon presentation of proof of eligibility.
Can I bring a suitcase to the Atelier des Lumières?
For security reasons, suitcases, travel bags, and bags exceeding the dimensions of 40x30x20 cm are strictly prohibited. The site is not equipped with lockers, cloakrooms, or luggage storage facilities. We suggest that you make your own arrangements. The site management reserves the right to refuse entry.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are prohibited for safety reasons. We recommend that you bring a baby carrier.
Are there accessible restrooms?
Yes.
Can I take photos and videos of the exhibition?
Yes.
Is there a shop?
Yes, there is a shop where you can buy souvenirs.
