Can I use CSE/pre-sale tickets to come as part of a group visit with my company?
Tickets purchased in advance grant individual access to the site. All group visits require a separate, prior booking (20 people or more). Therefore, it is not possible to use your tickets for group visits.
Who is eligible for the family rate?
The family rate is available for 2 adults + 2 children (7 to 17 years old).
Can I pay for my tickets with holiday/culture vouchers?
Yes, it is possible to pay for tickets with holiday vouchers. Culture vouchers are not accepted.
