Can my tickets be exchanged, changed, or refunded?

The terms and conditions for exchanging your tickets vary depending on the point of sale where they were purchased.

Time-stamped tickets
If your tickets were purchased from a reseller (Fever, Fnac, Tiqets, etc.), we recommend that you consult their terms and conditions of sale or contact their customer service directly to find out the applicable exchange procedures.

Undated tickets (CSE type)
Once the expiry date has passed, we are unfortunately unable to extend or renew them.
We invite you to contact the organization from which you purchased them directly to find out their exchange or refund conditions.
