In this section, you will find all the relevant conditions and information needed for planning your visit.

Book a time slot

All group visits must be booked in advance to ensure preferential rates and guaranteed access to the Atelier des Lumières. A group is defined as 20 people or more for self‑guided visits (no minimum number of participants for guided tours). You can book your group’s time slot online via our dedicated ticketing system. Your reservation does not necessarily require immediate payment. You may amend a reservation provided that payment has not been made.

If you have fewer than 20 participants, please purchase your tickets via the individual ticketing system.

Adult: €17.50 | One complimentary admission for every 20 tickets purchased.

Billing and payment methods 

You can select your payment method during the online booking process: 

• Online by bank card: must be made no later than seven days before your visit. The size of the group cannot be changed once payment has been made.
• Administrative payment order: your booking will be confirmed once we receive the order form, which must be sent to us at least seven days before your visit.
• In person on the day of your visit, by cheque or bank card. You may update your group size on arrival, when you will only be charged for those attending on the day.
• Payment via the pass Culture: Once you have submitted your booking request through the dedicated ticketing platform, an offer will be created for your school on the ADAGE platform. You will then receive your booking confirmation and be able to approve the offer through the pass Culture.

No deposit is required before your visit.
